Kaya Bhandari wins local Optimist Club speech competitions, will move on to regionals May 4

The Optimist Club of Burlington had a very successful oratorical event.

Kaya Bhandari, the winner of the club contest held earlier this spring, also won the zone contest Monday night (April 22), and is headed to the district contest on Saturday, May 4.
