BROADBENT, John Kenneth

January 9, 1931 - April 24, 2024

It is with love and sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of John, on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. He is now reunited with his wife Sylvia (2015). Loving father to Lesley (Mark), Lynn and David in England, and loving stepfather to Jeanette (Richard) and Ian (Katherine) in Canada. John will be dearly missed by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.

John was a hardworking, devoted husband, father and stepfather. He could always be counted on to lend a hand to those who needed it. He had the brightest of smiles and was always ready to have his picture taken.

In keeping with John's wishes cremation has taken place, and a visitation will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday May 4, 2024 from 9-10am, with the Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 10am.
