CHOLACH, Patricia Sylvia

February 18th, 1952 - April 29th, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the loss of our dearest Patricia who passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital, on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the age of 72. Beloved daughter to the late John and Anne Cholach (nee Zajac). Predeceased by her brother Danny who passed in 1952. Always remembered by her extended family and close friends across Canada.

Patricia may be gone from this world; however, she lives on in the stories and memories she has left with all those she touched during her lifetime. As per Patricia's wishes, and that of her family, a private cremation has taken place.

Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday May 6, 2024 from 9-10a.m., where the Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday May 6, 2024 at 10a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Hamilton Public Library, Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
