Targeting inner peace, dance, meditation event celebrates all mothers

New Beginnings Meditation, by 100 Seeds of Joy, held a gathering at the Burlington Lion's Club Sunday afternoon with music, dancing and pizza. Dedicated to Mother's day, brief meditations along with songs and dance rounded out the two-hour event. Consul General of India Sanjeev Saklani attended and handed out awards along with Councillor Paul Sharman.

The spiritual, cultural and interactive event was also an introspective experience with a goal of triggering the sense of inner peace and joy in everyone present.
