Passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2024, surrounded by his family at Joseph Brant Hospital at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Irene (nee Sibrak); loving father of the late Tom (d. 2006), Jennifer and Christine; cherished grandfather of Joelle; and dear brother of Patricia (late Don) Roung and Gene (Dianne Boyle) Neziol. Will be deeply missed by family and friends.

Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Monday, May 6, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gabriel’s Parish, 2261 Parkway Dr, Burlington on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 10:30a.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Palliative Care Unit at the Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
