The Burl-Oak Naval Veterans marked the 79th anniversary of D-Day with a ceremony at Spencer Smith Park this morning.
Dignitaries, veterans - including Second World War veteran Gordon Schottlander - and local residents were on hand to pay tribute to those who served.
