CHAPMAN, John David

January 2nd, 1960 - June 23rd, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the loss of John who passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital, on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at the age of 64.

Father to Catherine Chapman, whom he loved dearly. Forever in the heart of his sisters Leslie (Ken Yasenchuk) Chapman and Anne (Randy Lochhead) Chapman. Proud uncle to Allison Chapman and Theo Yasenchuk. Always remembered by his extended family and friends across Canada. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Valerie Chapman (nee Ashwell) as well as his brother Bill Chapman. John may be gone from this world; however, he lives on in the stories and memories he has left with all those he touched during his lifetime.

As per John's wishes, and that of his family, a private cremation will be taking place. A Celebration of John's Life will be held in the fall and details will be announced at a later date. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
