Passed away at The Village of Tansley Woods, on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Christian Olesen for over 50 years. Dear mom to Mark (Lauren) Olesen and Lee Ann (David) West. Cherished grandmother of Brooke, Jaime, and Sydney. Sister of the late Leslie (Margaret) Walker. Margaret will be missed by her extended family and friends. Special thank you to the staff at the Village of Tansley Woods for all of their care. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to the Joseph Brant Hospital would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
Heaven, we hope you are ready because you’ve gained a wild one, who is ready to have nothing but “good days ahead”, the bad ones are finally over mom, we promise. Although you are a little lady, your presence HUGE, always the life of the party.
You made it your job to make sure everyone always felt included and had a good time, your memory for names and need to lend a hand was like no other.
You fought to the very end. We are comforted in knowing your struggle is over and that you are reunited with Dad, who has been awaiting your arrival for 10 years, we just hope (for his sake) he has his dancing shoes on and a Rye in hand. Mom, go be the person we all know you are, but just became too tired to be.
