Passed peacefully with his wife by his side, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Debbie Terranova for 48 years; loving son of the late Samuel and Barbara Mary Terranova; dear brother of Louise Terranova, Julie (Brad) Bonner and the late Jean Shypit; and brother-in-law of the late Gail (late Jim) Johnson, Allan (Linda) Baker and the late Don Phelps. Basil will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews and his godchildren. Basil loved his dear friends Murray and Debbie Bond. Basil’s love was endless, as was everyone’s love for him.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, September 5, from 3:00 – 5:00 & 7:00 – 9:00p.m. and Friday, September 6 from 12:00p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1:00p.m.
