NEWS RELEASE
ELIZABETH GARDENS CREATIVE COLLECTIVE
*************************
Join us for the fourth annual Elizabeth Gardens Creative Collective (EGCC) Art Walk on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Burloak Waterfront Park (5420 Lakeshore Rd.) in Burlington.

This free community event is designed for all ages and stages, connecting 300+ local art lovers with interactive hands-on art experiences alongside a showcase of over 30 local artists, makers, sponsors and community partners. Participating in the arts creates countless opportunities to make meaningful connections while having fun in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Come explore the park and experience our theme of 'Art Builds Community' while you visit visual artist and maker displays and demos, try out different kinds of art making techniques, add your touch to a collaborative community art installation, hear some musical performances and much more.

As in past years, this event is made possible thanks to the generosity of the City of Burlington through their Arts and Culture Fund grant as well as the tireless efforts of our volunteers, sponsors and community partners.

The EGCC is a volunteer-based collective of local artists, educators and makers with a focus on building community by fostering connections, bringing attention to local professional and emerging artists, and providing opportunities for growth and development for our members.
